PBF Registration & Procedure

Spring 2010 Season Registration Information

We're looking forward to our Spring 2010 Season, which runs from late February through early June, 2010.

Important dates and instructions for Online Registration are noted below. Please review these BEFORE attempting to register! Thank you.

Oct 14–Nov 6: PIEDMONT-ONLY Priority Registration

Piedmont residency or enrollment in a PUSD school is required. Piedmont residents and PUSD students are strongly encouraged to sign-up during this priority registration period. Space is limited and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlisting may begin at any time, as a program nears capacity.

Non-resident, non-PUSD student registrations submitted during this time will be removed by our registrar, and a $25 processing fee will be applied to your account.

Nov 7–20: Open Waitlist Registration

All interested players may apply for any remaining spots by joining our waitlist. We will give priority to Piedmont residents and returning PBF players and coaches when filling spots off the waitlist. Please join the waitlist as early as possible, especially if you are a new family, because the order in which you join the waitlist may improve your chances of getting a spot. We will notify you by email as soon as possible if your child is offered a spot.

  1. Read the PBF League Guidelines. The guidelines will help you understand the commitment to participate in the PBF. This is especially important if your child plays multiple sports in the spring season.

Read the PBF Code of Conduct. All players, parents, and coaches must read and understand the PBF Code of Conduct in order to register.

Read and understand the Registration, Fee and Payment Policies.

  2. LOGIN to your FALL BALL 2009 account or CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT at our registration site.

If you registered a player for Fall Ball 2009, please login to the account you created then. Click the Forgot password link or contact us at info@piedmontbaseball.org to retrieve you login information if needed. Please do not create another account!

If you did not register for Fall Ball 2009, please click the Add New Family button on the login page. We are using a new registration vendor and login IDs from Spring 2009 and earlier don't work. Please create a new account with a parent as the primary family member.

  3. ADD FAMILY MEMBERS guardians and players After logging in or creating your family account, add all relevant family members: this includes all primary guardians who wish to receive our emails or who may be contacted in an emergency, as well as any children you wish to register as players. If you accidentally add a child as a parent, please notify our registrar and ask us to correct this before you continue!

  4. REGISTER PLAYERS AND COACHES For each child you wish to register, click the Register [child's name] as a player link next to the player's name and complete all registration questions, pressing buttons to continue as needed, until you return to the family summary page. Repeat this for each player! For each parent who wishes to coach, click the Register [parent's name] as a coach link next to the parent's name on the family summary page. There is no registration fee for coach registrations.

  5. CHECKOUT After registering all players, you must click the CHECKOUT button at the bottom of the family summary page and complete the payment page to finalize your registration(s). Incomplete and pending/unpaid registrations will not be honored.

If your child is waitilisted, please DO NOT pay by credit card online. We will contact you if you are offered a spot and ask you to pay by check to hold the spot.

  6. REVIEW RECEIPT Look for and review the email receipt after registering to make sure it is accurate. If you do not receive an email receipt, or notice any issue, please notify our registrar immediately at info@piedmontbaseball.org.

If you have any questions, please contact PBF at info@piedmontbaseball.org.
Thank you.
