​We're excited to announce that you will be ordering your PBSF league uniform pieces online this year!

You can begin ordering your player’s baseball uniform pieces (cap, visor, pants, belts, socks, etc., NO Jerseys) at the PBSF UNIFORM + MERCHANDISE STORE. The items will be delivered right to your home. Please note, all uniform orders should be placed by Jan. 15, 2025.
HOW TO ORDER YOUR UNIFORM...
Gift Certificate : You’ll receive an email from our vendor to the email address in which you registered your child (or the email address in which you receive Team Snap updates). If you have not received the e-gift certificate, please check both email accounts (if applicable) and your spam folder for an email from accessuniforms@myorder.design and / or search your email for “e-gift certificate”.
Visit the Online Store & Create an Account : Go to : https://www.accessink.com/pbsf/shop/home and create an account using the email address that you used to register your child with PBSF.
Click on Your League : At the top of the site (the header menu), click on your league (e.g., Shetland/Pinto, Mustang, Bronco/Pony, 6U/8U Softball,10U Softball, 12U/14U Softball).
Choose Your Gear : Select, as applicable, one cap, visor, pants, socks, belt, etc. on your league’s site.
Find Your Fit : Use the sizing charts to determine the best size for your child.
Apply Gift Code : Add the e-gift certificate # (example: XXXX-12XX-RR34-5XXX) at check out. This uniform e-gift certificate will cover the costs of the items listed on your league’s site, plus taxes, shipping and handling.
Promo Merchandise : Don’t forget to purchase PBSF merchandise to support the team! Please note, you are responsible for the costs, taxes, shipping and handling on any merchandise.
Place Your Order : Follow the instructions to add your items to your cart and complete your secure payment.​​​​​​
JERSEY DAY!
Saturday February 8th, 2025 @ Ellen Driscoll Playhouse ​
Jersey day is a special day for parents/players of our Spring season to pick up their jerseys! The younger leagues (6U and 8U Softball, Shetland and Pinto) will receive their custom team jerseys. The older leagues (Mustang, Bronco, Pony and 10U, 12U, and 14U Softball) will receive their reusable team jerseys.​ You'll be able to buy PBSF merch, trade baseball cards (for free), turn in prior jerseys that you forgot to hand into your coach last season and most importantly, the players will meet their coaches and teammates. There will be a limited number of various sizes of uniform pieces if you need to exchange. Very limited! Please make sure you get the right size when you order online.

PLEASE NOTE : Mustang & Bronco jerseys WILL NOT be distributed at jersey day, they will be handed out at practice.
If you have children in multiple divisions, feel free to stop by anytime; however, coaches will be available during their league’s time slot.
CANNOT ATTEND?
Coaches will give out jerseys prior to Opening Day (Saturday, Mar. 8th) or prior to the first game. Use the e-gift certificate emailed to you to purchase your uniform items (belt, caps, visors, pants, etc) at the online store (https://www.accessink.com/pbsf/shop/home) by February 12.

🥎⚾ Team Jerseys will be available for pickup. It’s an opportunity to meet your coach and teammates.
🧦🥎 Softball socks will be passed out by the coaches.

TRADING CARD TABLE
Kids can bring their cards to trade with other kids.
We’ll have cards for the kids to trade or win.
UNIFORM ITEMS
Uniform items (pants, knickers, caps, visors, belts and etc.) should be purchased with the e-gift certificate that you received via email at the online store (https://www.accessink.com/pbsf/shop/home) by February 12, to receive these items before Opening Day (Sat., March 8th).
EQUIPMENT SWAP
We will be sharing and collecting gently used baseball and softball equipment (gloves, bats, helmets, cleats, pants, etc.)
RETURN REUSABLE JERSEY
If you've found a tackle twill jersey that needs to be returned, bring it with you—we'll be happy to receive it.
